For the past 30 years, Mr. Ruggiero continues to be recognized and respected as a successful investment professional in the financial services industry. He has held senior positions with Wall Street firms such as JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Citibank, HSBC and is currently President of Retirement Services of America, Inc. ("RSOA").

Mr. Ruggiero has received numerous awards from some of the top fortune 100 financial service companies for his business acumen and exceptional results. He was directly responsible for 1,100 Financial Advisors managing market value of $4.52 billion brokerage assets under management with $72 million in net revenue.

Mr. Ruggiero’s passion is offering sound, reliable financial guidance that results in attaining one's financial goals. As President of RSOA he is committed to providing objective, unbiased advice to clients based on their specific objectives and life goals.

Thomas W Ruggiero

Thomas joined Retirement Services of America, Inc. in 2015. Mentored by his judicious father, he works with RSOA clients to develop their overall financial strategy, manage their investments, and integrate their investment, tax and estate planning into a cohesive wealth management plan. Thomas received a BA in Business Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York.
